Some talk on the forum lately about IT, goons, and a budding re-emergence of the Battle of Pennsylvania prompted this spur of the moment article. Let's take a look at the top 10 skaters in each organization in terms of IT (as of September 3rd, 2022). The chart will also show the AOV of each player.

- Goalies are not included in this list.

- Unsigned players are obviously not included in the list either.

- The list includes pro and farm players.

Please excuse my amateur editing skills.

- Philadelphia Flyers lead the pack with the most 99 IT players. However, beside Markus Foligno and Garnet Hathaway, none of the others should be playing regular minutes.

- New York Rangers are softer than Charmin having nobody above 80 IT in the organization. Kyle Clifford and Tyler Pitlick would not be regulars on most teams in the league.

- Florida Panthers have one 90+ IT player in Kyle Rau. He won't be a regular and they are perhaps the weakest organization overall. Or Charmin Ultra Soft.

- Minnesota mild has the best IT:AOV ratio in Brady Tkachuk. 99 IT / 81 AOV

- Minnesota mild, Edmonton Oilers, Winnipeg Jets, Philadelphia Flyers have the best mix of 80+ IT and 70+ AOV players.

- Buffalo Sabres, Los Angeles Kings, Vancouver Canucks have IT depth throughout their lineup.

There is still time in the offseason for trades and signings so things will look a bit different by season start. That's all for now folks. No satire, no woke bullshit, no attempts at comedy to be seen here. Just straight up NEFHL offseason stuff.
