Blues News : Nash in !

A new fan favorite in town.  Rick Nash was acquired late Tuesday night.  The Blues were shopping since the end of the season for a scoring winger.  Talks started late Monday night, but were kept simple.  The Sabres GM emailed his price to GM Phil after him inquiring about a possible deal for Nash involving Okposo.  Okposo was mentionned a few times in the past by GM Kevin.  Okposo will be joined by newly acquired Michal Repik, Andrew Cogliano, drafted Charles Olivier Roussel and a second round pick in 2012.

Rick Nash will add size, speed, scoring and a good defensive game to the Blues line-up.  It was a must to rival the other division teams.

Fans and media are already debating how the lines will look on opening night.  Nash could very well join Datsyuk alongside Latendresse.
