COLUMBUS, OHIO -- The Columbus Blue Jackets organization is pleased to release its 2012-2013 rerate projections.

At forward, we should see the duo of Bolland/Steen leading the pack in terms of scoring, as both players should receive 70SC+ ratings. Helping them to put the puck in the net will be a cast of highly rated passers including as Jokinen, Oshie, Malone and Tanguay. In terms of depth, the team's third line will also be expected to contribute offensively as both Grabner and Wellwood should be hovering around the 65PC. On the other side of the puck, all four lines will be equipped with at least 1 defensive specialist (80DF+).

On the blue line we see a group of young and mobile defensemen, most of whom will be extremely reliable in their own end. 5 out of 6 blueliners should be able to contribute offensively as well thanks to their 60PA+ ratings. The team may be looking to add a star defenseman during the off-season to help the younger players develop.

In terms of the Central Division, the club projects to finish 1st by a large margin after the 2012/13 regular season, with the Predators coming in 2nd. Bringing up the rear will be the Detroit Red Wings with a Divison (and League) low 41 points.
