mid-season report

-Detroit, Michigan

After reaching the half way point of the season i will make a scouting report on my forwards...Here it is:

Patrick Marleau: B+ Marleau has been my go to guy since game 1...He plays on my top power play line also on my top pk unit..He does everything and is currently leading my team in points at a PPG pace..He's currently sitting at 39 points with 13 goals..
Plecky: B He's currently 2nd in points but also sitting at -3 on the year...Has my first line center we expected a better effort defensively has our shutdown center..Hopefully he has a better 2nd half of the season..

Kessel: C- After bringing Kessel has a scoring treat, Phil the thrill has quite been disapointing so far with only 10 goals in the first 39 games...We tried him with different lines combinations but he doesn't seem to fit with anyone...He neeeds to wake up..

Monahan: C- After having a good 1st year Mony is currently having a somophore slump...Only 29 pts this year but he is a big center piece moving forward since he's really young...

Eberle: C- Eberle started the year has one of the pure elite scorers in the league but since his 6 goal game he has been really quiet...He needs to put the puck in the net if we want a chance at making the playoffs...(233)

Helm/Stafford/Abdelkader: D terrible 3rd line this year...We thought we had a decent third line with their ratings but they don't seem to click....They just don't produce at all...

Perron: He has played great with the ratings he's got..One of my underrated forward for sure..
