We finally did it!! The Red Wings general manager has finally his first banner in the Nefhl after a remarkable playoff run. The Wings were underdogs in every series but manage to win the west and ended losing to a really strong sens team in the stanley cup finals...We clinched a playoff spot in the last game of the season. If we'd miss i would of had finished in the negative wich would of been terrible for this seson and a lot more stressful...We ended up beating the Blues, Avs and Preds...Shortly after the stanley cup loss a bunch of names have moved..Eberle who we had for 4 years has been traded for Wayne Simmonds, Vermette and Helm for 4th round picks, Perron for a 3rd and 5th and Hjamalrsson for a 3rd..We don't have a lot of picks so those really helps for the future of the organisation...We will be looking to complete our roster via free agency or trades that makes sens for us...We have a bunch of Rfa's to sign like Lucic ,CDH and Manson and our loyalty in Kessel and everyone of them are looking at a raise...We have a bunch of work to do but that's the fun part of being a GM, the off-season..We are looking for a number 2 center, 2 third liners, a number 2/3 defencemen and a backup goalie...Our ride was fun last year , hopefuly we can add another banner this year and go on another long playoff run..
