Another day, another article..This time we will talk about a prospect i've been waiting to make it in the big league since 2013...That prospect is Charles Hudon...He was on my radar during his draft year but somehow got picked 1 pick before me by Chris fekete...We later traded a 4th to fekete to put our hands on Hudon..After 2 successfull seasons in the AHL, Hudon never got a chance to prove he could play with the big boys until this year and he does not look out of place in his first season...So far he's got 4 goals and 11 assists in 36 games...Hudon is known for his playmaking ability and vision on the ice...That must be why he's getting PP time...We expect him to be a 15-20 goal scorer and between 50-60 pts in his prime years....He can play center or wing but his game is more suited for the wing...I was always a fan of his game since i've seen him play a lot in the Q...

A prospect i'm really disapointed is Emile Poirier.....A late 1st round pick in the NHL and Nefhl a few years ago and he hasn't panned out yet...He has intense speed and good penalty killing instinc and always had a nose for the net...He seem to always have breakaways on the PK because of his speed...His development has been slowed down by injuries so far..He can't stay healthy to save his life...After a successfull 1st full seaseon in the AHL his injuries screwed is mojo...He's got 15 pts in 28 AHL games this year...We hope someday he will make the jump since he was my favorite Gatineau player back then....Huge fan of his game and we want him to be continuing working on it..
