Leafs Look to next season

The Leafs management is extremely thrilled at how there young players are performing in the NHL. The leafs have been making trades not for the season but for the next. Heres an inside look at some of their players in the NHL
Jason Williams: 10 Goals, 23 Assists for 33 Points. Only 25 years old to boot.

Petr Prucha: Wow this Kid is something else. Prucha has found himself into the calder race. He has 16 Goals and 20 points in 30 games.

Micheal Ryder: 16 Goals and 25 Points in 32 Games.

Patrick Marleau: Since the Thornton trade has been one of the best forwards in the game. A BOOMING 40 Points in just 33 Games thus far.

Milan Michalek: Started strong but has been quiet of late, but still 12 Points in 32 games as a rookie is not to shabby.

Steve Eminger: Logging almost 24 Minutes a game, with 16 Points as a defenseman thus far and is an Even in the +/- department which is outstanding on a team like Washington

Henrik Sedin: Almost at a point per game. He has 31 Points in 34 Games. Awesome numbers for a 2nd line center.

Zybanek Michalek: Is a +10 as a rookie which is best on Phoenix. He logs almost 22 minutes a game and has 5 Goals already as a dman, with 10 Points.

Brian Campbell: 19 Points in 32 Games as a Defenseman is Outstanding. Puts him in the same class as Zubov and Blake.

Michel Ouellet: 3 Points in 5 Games, 2 of them being Goals under new coach Therrian. Not to mention is a plus 3 on a horrible team in Pittsburgh.

MA Fleury: You cant even look at his record playing in Pitts. Take a look at these numbers:
Save Percentage: .910 better than BRODEUR who is at .897
GAA: 3.05. Very close to BRODUER who is at 2.98 but yet better than LUONGO who is at 3.10

If Fleury was on an a half decent team he would easily be top 5 goalies right now in the NHL. Well i guess he almost is now. His record is 2-6-2. Not that bad given the teams state.

Wade Redden: Easily top 3 defenseman in the game right now. Here are his numbers. 25 Points in 22 Games. A + 19 already. That is insane for a dman.

Bret Lebda: 8 Points in 21 Games as a rookie Defenseman. Not to mention 4th best plus/minus on the team with a +10.
