Tkachuk Sent to Farm, Clears Waivers

The Bruins have waived Keith Tkachuk sending him to the farm club in Providence. The team is still seeking to facilitate a trade now that all 29 NEFHL teams have passed on making a claim. The Bruins have told Keith to report to Providence and hope for the best. "At this point i don't have any options, i could retire but feel i still have 2-3 more seasons of hockey in me, really its a cap issue for the Bruins and i understand but it sucks". Best case scenerio is a buyout but league commishiner JD Barry has advised against a hasty move like that instead hoping another NEFHL team would take a chance on Keith. "His ratings are top notch, his salary is bloated by about a million but the Bruins would be willing to take back some salary in exchange. His contract is up this year so anyone needing a loyalty next season might want to look him up, with the season he is having in the NHL his ratings will be awesome".
